Re: Anglican Ordinariate. Most Anglicans will probably stay put. In the United States, most Anglicans don’t feel disposed to set up new churches to avoid praying with “gays”,since they’re already working alongside “gays”
The issues of gay unions and gay clergy has created more of a stir, than women clergy. Those Anglicans who do leave are setting up new continuing churches which reflect the best in classical Anglican spirituality. Those that are entering into full communion with Rome are the smallest group, which I hope,will make a due contribution to the spiritual and liturgical life of the Catholic church. The Episcipal Church in the US appears to be in a state of decline, with many of their clergy so “muddled” on basic doctrine,that they appear to be theosophist or Unitarians.
